THE NEED

Many people today are hungry for new and sustaining solutions to business, environmental, and social challenges. Many of us feel drawn to participate in our communities, asking what we can do together to meet those challenges.

Business and organizational managers want to find ways to stimulate their teams to work more effectively together.

Government officials tell us they want to hear about our needs, our ideas, and our priorities. We are coming forward as never before to participate and seek solutions that can benefit us all.

THE POSSIBILITY

This type of conversation is collaboration at its best, and we refer to it as co-creative.

Being part of a co-creative conversation can elevate our experience to one of hope and optimism; showing us that together we can discover possibilities and solutions that might not be possible by any one individual.

THE SOLUTION

But how do we do that?

We do this by creating the conditions for people to talk with each other in ways that honor each other’s differences and combine their individual ideas.

We do this by asking different kinds of questions and deeply listening so that previously unimagined possibilities can emerge.

You can do it and we can show you how. Look at our six-step recipe detailed in our book.
